Icon at Brickell

The Icon at Brickell is composed of two 57-storey towers and the 50-storey Viceroy tower. They stand in a ten acre, landscaped space. Condos are available in all three towers, with the Viceroy also housing the Icon's own resort.

Residents of Icon Miami Condos will make their way through a landscape populated by a hundred unique columns, designed by Philippe Starck and inspired by the Easter Island Maoi statues. Whichever building they have chosen as their new home, they will enter it through a lobby that has also been individually designed by Starck, and make their way up into an apartment filled with state of the art technology and contemporary design.

Every Icon Brickell Condo comes with a smart screen through which they can control their environment, and is pre-wired for cable TV and telecommunications. The kitchens are fitted with Sub-Zero, Bosch and Wolf appliances, while both the kitchen and the bathrooms have been put together with the utmost care. Residents can personalize their condo with a range of choices of materials, including limestone or black granite countertops in the kitchen, and various Yoo by Starck upgrades for the lighting, flooring and other finishing touches.

The rooms have floor to ceiling windows, opening out onto private terraces with views of the bay, beach or downtown Miami. They also have high efficiency heating and air conditioning, and a fire protection system that included sprinklers.

The Viceroy tower ensures that there is always a place for residents of Icon Brickell Condos to unwind or entertain friends. This combined resort and residential building contains a restaurant and a two-acre pool deck with a pool, lap pool and a huge hot tub. Residents can relax with a drink or a snack from the cafe, cool down in the shade of the trees, or sit out at night by the open fireplace under the stars.
