The Brickell Heights Condo is a project to be developed by The Related Group and Crescent Heights, composed of two impressive residential towers that will rise between Mary Brickell Village and the Brickell CitiCentre, adding in style and luxury to an area already vibrant, vanguardist and exclusive. These towers propose 48 stories and 690 Brickell new luxury condos! What they inspire to first sight needs no description, simply everyone can appreciate the picture above and get an impression of their own about the intention of this new line to the skyline.

Arquitectonica, the firm also behind the proposed SkyRise Tower at the Biscayne Bay, is the designer of this residential complex, in collaboration with the Rockwell Group at the interiors design task. The starting price to own a piece of this wonderful collaboration in real estate is of $331,900, and there are units from 676 square feet, with an average price per square foot of $473.

Besides its obvious luxury and exclusiveness that comes with the mix of such credited names in the Miami real estate media, Brickell Heights is one of those projects that are adding an extra something, a very special extra something, to get in the vibe of art lovers. The whole art movement taking place in Miami is, as we had before pointed out, impacting real estate, and more projects are including World known artists in their concepts.
